Project objectives
- Strengthen social dialogue and trilateral cooperation by sharing Norwegian best practices on measures to address the Ukrainian refugee crisis in Poland.
- Increase trust between social partners, including the government, resulting in better integration policies.
- Building the capacity of the social partners to engage in tripartite social dialogue that will lead to improved industry, relations and economic and social cohesion.
- Increase the number of Ukrainian refugees aware of their rights and obligations as employees.
- Incorporate Norwegian best practices into national workshops and training in Poland and raise awareness of social partners, in particular about the rights and obligations of Ukrainian refugees as workers.
