The project is an extension of the 'Improving Social Dialogue and Cooperation in Poland' project implemented in previous years.
Poland lacks solutions agreed between social partners and public authorities to address the serious problem of Ukrainian refugees, allowing them access to the labour market to promote and protect their rights and obligations as workers.
The main objective of the project
To strengthen social dialogue and tripartite cooperation by transferring Norwegian best practices on measures to address the Ukrainian refugee crisis in Poland.
